Photography for hotels is not a case of just ‘taking snaps’ or just ‘We just need a couple of photos of some rooms’.

This is a pretty long photo gallery below but it shows how different techniques produce varied results. Some are the result of up to 3-4 photos taken at different speeds and then carfeully merged to get balanced light. Others are 2 photos merged using part of one image and part of the other. Use of 3 different software programmes is made.

It also shows rooms in daylight and in evening with nice dark blue light outside or bedrooms looking warm and cosy with warm glow lights.

So along with ‘Photoshopping’ beds to smooth out linen wrinkles, removing wires plus a lot of other editing there’s quite a bit to getting good ‘sanps’!!
